This summer term our exciting new topic is
We will be learning all about animal's habitats, African climates and landscapes and also African history and culture.
We will be looking at this new topic through ICT, art, DT, science and geography.
You will find our topic homework grid below. We ask that a minimum of 3 activities are chosen and completed in each of the 2 summer half terms. Some of you may complete them on a regular weekly basis; others may do a few at a time. Remember, you can gain points for each piece and recieve a certificate at the end of term! You should evaluate your work carefully, making sure that you have checked spelling and presentation and you are happy that you have completed your homework to the best of your ability.
Alongside this homework, children will still be set a Mathletics activity (www.mathletics.co.uk) each week for them to complete and will be asked to learn 10 spellings.
High Fives - it is really important for you to read at home so don't forget to get your planner signed when you read! Who can read 5 times or more a week?
PE this summer term will take place on Tuesdays and Fridays, however it is a good idea to have both your indoor and outdoor kits with you all week as we may also do PE on other days.

Fridays - Swimming
Please remember to bring your swimming kit on Fridays!
