We hope you've all had a really good half term and you're ready for the lead up to Christmas. There'll be lots of festive cheer abound as we begin our rehearsals for the Christmas Panto. But first, you need to wrap up warm as we plunge into the freezing world of Antarctica. Discover how brave adventurers have survived the inhospitable elements and how animals have adapted so they can thrive in sub-zero temperatures.

Homework will be set every Thursday and will involve your child completing two Maths activities on My Maths- if you do not have access to the internet at home there are plenty of opportunities to complete it school; My Maths club is on Wednesday lunchtime and Homework club is on a Thursday evening.
Literacy homework will be set each term and each child will be asked to complete 3 tasks from the grid before half term, and a further 3 after half term. If you have any queries, please feel free to come and talk to us at the end of the school day.

You will need:
White polo T-Shirt
Dark tracksuit/jogging bottoms and top (outdoor) dark shorts (indoor)
Trainers (outdoor) plimsoles (indoor)
Long hair tied up
If you are forgetful you may find it useful to keep your kit in school all week and only take it home on a Friday to be washed.
